I love this! It's so true! Over the years I have found myself trying to be happy and stay positive, because that's what I read on a meme from an IG account with millions of followers. But trying to be happy usually made me feel worse. Lately when I am feeling insecure I ask myself questions and get curious about why. In the past I would have tried to ignore those feelings or change them, but as I accept them I am learning why they are there and getting to the root of the "problem". Thanks for an awesome article!
