Recently I was interview by Emily The Medium. On her podcast, we talked about what it means to be human at this pivotal time on Earth. It was an exciting episode, and we’ve received so much epic feedback that I wanted to extend the invitation to all of you here. If you like my articles, I speak the same way I write, so I invite you to listen and connect with me in a new way.
Cosmic meteorologist and astrologer, Shannon Hugman, is back and this time she is having a live interview with Emily. If you have been struggling…
Have you felt the pull of the night sky, luring you to look upwards and beyond this Earth plane? I’ve been a professional astrologer for nearly a decade, and I often run into the debate of whether or not astrology is real. My work is not about proving facts, labeling people, or putting them in boxes. Over the years, it’s changed from writing horoscopes and giving love advice to teaching the importance of creating a relationship with the Cosmos, which is crucial during these stressful times.
As astronomer Carl Sagan once said, there’s something about the mysterious sky that calls…
Ten years ago, I found myself in a long-distance relationship. Searching for answers to my love life, I turned to horoscopes. I didn’t get what I was looking for, but an entire Universe opened up to me. I discovered an astrologer who was talking about where the planets were currently transiting and what that meant. He spoke in a language of symbols, archetypes and saw the Zodiac as a series of characters. Using the Zodiac, he weaved together an epic story, and from that day forward, I was hooked.
The Moon was bright in the sky, and as always, we gathered under her light in celebration. When I think back to that day, it’s hard to imagine how happy we were; genuinely free to live alongside the Earth, and dance under the stars. The Moon was our calendar, and it felt like the most natural thing to live by her light.
Our women bled alongside the darkness of the New Moon, planted our crops, and shared our love with the soil. We knew the power of anchoring these celestial cycles into the fabric of our everyday lives. It wasn’t…
If your social media feeds are anything like mine, you might see graphics reminding us it’s a full moon and, therefore, an ideal time to release. As humans, our beliefs impact our realities, and those who choose to believe that the Moon is helping you manifest your dream car or finally let go of that ex; could very well create that experience.
I don’t believe that the Moon cares about our material gains. There is something to harnessing the power of the lunar cycle, which we can witness in the farmer’s almanac or many indigenous traditions. …
In 1440 the world changed with the invention of the printing press, which allowed humanity to share information in a new way. Throughout 2021, Uranus, Chiron and Jupiter are returning where they were in 1440. Does this suggest new means of exchanging information could revolutionize life on Earth?
As we enter these innovative times, there’s an opportunity to share information and expand our message. Now more than ever before, it’s vital to write our personal anthems and sing them to the world.
We can take a look at astrological cycles throughout history to gain context and understanding. Many people use…
It was 2011, and I was in the final year of a business degree program. My 20-year-old self lived in Ottawa, Canada’s capital, and hoped to score a job with the government. This changed when I was assigned, Linchpin by Seth Godin in a leadership course.
Although I’ve spent thousands on textbooks, this is the only book that stuck with me. It’s wisdom impacted me more than the rest of my degree combined. The perspectives in this paperback book opened my mind, ignited my creativity, and shaped me into the person I am today.
I have a reoccurring dream where the masses take to the streets in celebration because corruption is over, and humanity is free to thrive. In the dream, we discover how rigged the game of life is, and we change it. It ends with each person playing out their full potential, without the stacks pilled against them.
When it comes to astrology, I’m not one for buzz words or mainstream hype. My work is not about horoscopes or predictions. Instead, I see the zodiac and celestial bodies’ symbolism as the threads that create the fabric of our experiences.
